Shanghai Qianglin adheres to the one-stop service concept, providing customers with services such as device burning, finished product assembly, functional testing, and special processes. The company is equipped with professional personnel and flexible assembly lines, which are capable of handling tasks ranging from research and development sampling to small and medium-sized finished product assembly.

Assembly capability

There are currently 2 assembly lines of 12 meters, which can accommodate 40 assembly stations and assemble 1000 units (sets) per day. Years of experience in product assembly, familiar with various product assembly processes and standards, with products covering fields such as communication IoT, transportation, industrial control, medical instruments, etc. From PCBA to finished product, it can be delivered in one go without the need for factory transfer!

test

The current configuration includes testing computers, oscilloscopes, desktop multimeters, DC adjustable power supplies, and more. Test various functions of the product according to customer requirements and provide test reports. We can provide electrical testing and aging services according to customer needs to improve product reliability. For each process, Shanghai Qianglin has developed a comprehensive operation manual and customized targeted inspection standards based on products from different industries, improving the product's pass through rate from each link.

Packaging protection

Shanghai Qianglin adopts strict packaging standards, and the general product packaging consists of anti-static bags, bubble bags, separators, and extra thick cardboard boxes. Special products are packaged in special ways and subjected to drop testing to avoid performance damage caused by external forces during transportation.
