There are currently 2 DIP plugin production lines, 1 JT-MPS-350 wave soldering machine, and a DIP plugin production capacity of over 150000 points per day. Process engineers combine product process characteristics to design and manufacture molds for PCBA, forming a good soldering effect after wave soldering to ensure the reliability of PCBA processing and soldering.

The DIP plug-in line is equipped with AOI optical inspection instrument, washing machine, carrier moving track and related operating tools, coordinated with front-end SMT surface mount processing to ensure delivery cycle.
